Fred again.. and Latin Mafia drop “9 months & 50 hours” mixtape

It’s been an epic adventure. On July 26 Fred again.. and Latin Mafia released "Under the fabric (Mexico City, 11th December 2025)”, a 35-minute film documenting a one-take live session recorded in Mexico City last year, which included unreleased music.

Then came the live-streaming of a mixtape, a project they named “Making a mixtape with latin mafia and staying here until we finish it” on Youtube on July 28, before they played to a sell-out crowd on 30th July at Palacio de los Deportes, to celebrate the joint project.

Now (31 July), Fred again.. and Latin Mafia have dropped “9 months & 50 hours”, the joint mixtape finished at Lago Algo in Bosque de Chapultepec, Mexico City this week, with the entire process documented on a livestream on YouTube.
