Oasis is part of a stellar lineup headlining the forthcoming HELP(2) album in aid of War Child, with the band contributing an exclusive live version of “Acquiesce (Live from Wembley Stadium, 28 September ‘25)”, regarded as one of the greatest B-sides ever released. The Oasis Live ’25 tour resulted in the studio version of the song charting for the first time in July last year. The stand-alone 7” single will be enclosed within the gatefold of the vinyl edition, and as a hidden track on the double CD version. The track and the much-anticipated album is released tomorrow, Friday 6th March.

The first legendary HELP album – a 1995 compilation recorded in a single day by top British bands including Oasis, Radiohead and Blur –  raised more than £1.25mn for War Child to aid children in the Bosnian War. This was followed by a 10th anniversary album Help: A Day in the Life (2005), featuring bands such as Cold Play, which raised nearly £2mn within just three days of its release for the War Child charity

Created in the spirit of the original Help album, the new project was brought to life with Abbey Road Studios, and recorded predominantly across one week in November 2025 under the stewardship of producer James Ford. Renowned filmmaker and Academy Award Winner Jonathan Glazer acted as creative director for HELP(2) working with Academy Films to assemble a team of creatives and overseeing the filming and art direction for the project. Glazer and Mica Levi’s concept was “By Children, For Children” with cameras handed to children in order to see the world through their eyes. Glazer’s team worked with fixers and filmmakers in Ukraine, Gaza, Yemen and Sudan to gather footage filmed by the children on the ground in these conflict zones.
