Louis Vuitton has strengthened its connection with Formula One, becoming the Title Partner of the Monaco Grand Prix in 2026.Â
The deal builds on a major, decade-long global LVMH partnership with Formula One, announced in October 2024, and which officially began in 2025, making several of the luxury brands owned by the $400bn luxury giant – including Louis Vuitton, TAG Heuer and Moët Hennessy – key partners for Formula One events, hospitality and activations. Louis Vuitton's luxury craftsmanship is integrated into celebratory race moments as an official partner – it creates bespoke trophy trunks (which are handcrafted, race-themed art pieces designed to protect and showcase the trophy) for Grand Prix events such as Australia, Monaco and Singapore, and crafts a special piece for the FIA Formula One World Championship awarded to the overall best driver. The trunks are intended to showcase shared values of “precision and innovation". The connection between Louis Vuitton and the high-octane motorsport in Monaco dates back to 2021 – Louis Vuitton was a partner of the Automobile Club de Monaco from 2021 to 2024.
In 2026, the house will present the Monaco Grand Prix Trophy Trunk for the sixth consecutive year. The piece is crafted in its workshops at Asnières-sur-Seine, and is clad in an exclusive red Monogram canvas, a nod to the national colours of the Principality. It is also emblazoned with a signature “V” which stands for “Vuitton” and “Victory” in red-and-white – an homage to the national flag of Monaco.Â
