Share a hands-on experience at a special edition of the restaurant’s popular oyster masterclass on the 15th, where guests learn how to shuck, while tasting a curated selection of oysters from across the British and Irish coasts. The hotel’s palm-tree fringed The Winter Garden with its atrium roof is a fittingly resplendent space for the occasion. Head pastry chef Matteo Sargentelli’s afternoon tea includes the traditional spread of finger sandwiches and freshly baked scones with patisserie such as tiramisu eclairs and pistachio Bakewell tartlets, alongside a new cake selection, cut and served to order. Roe Canary Wharf: For a Sunday lunch to share
Combine Mother’s Day pampering with a top-notch Sunday roast. This Canary Wharf go-to is owned and operated by chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft, along with their business partner and chairman, James Robson – the team behind Fallow and Fowl – whose menu includes a Sunday Feast designed for sharing (£60 per person). This includes starters such as Mushroom parfait, shiitake and grilled bread; and Smoked Cheltenham beetroot, candy beetroot and ancho chilli, before a Sunday roast platter with beef shortrib, porchetta, roast chicken and all the trimmings: roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, glazed parsnips, spiced red cabbage, greens and gravy. Download the Browns app for mothers to receive a complimentary glass of champagne and a bunch of daffodils when visiting one of the brasserie’s sites across London on Mother’s Day. The Cinnamon Collection: For an Indian dessert on the house
The modern Indian cuisine at Cinnamon Kitchen Battersea, Cinnamon Bazaar Covent Garden and Cinnamon Bazaar Richmond is always a treat, but mothers dining here on Sunday will also be indulged with a free dessert. At Cinnamon Kitchen Battersea, they can enjoy a dark chocolate and hazelnut mousse; and at both Cinnamon Bazaar outposts an almond and rose kulfi will be served on the house. Mains are priced from £11.50 and the free dessert is for all mothers on 15th March, at both lunch and dinner.

For spectacular views of the London skyline, the Fenchurch restaurant and Darwin Brasserie have prime vantage points and special Mother’s Day menus to elevate the experience. At Fenchurch, guests are seated within the colossal rooftop atrium where Chef de Cuisine Kerth Gumbs’ Caribbean-inspired menus (there is a five-course tasting, à la carte or chef’s set menu) includes BBQ pork belly, golden sea bream and aged beef fillet, accompanied by a glass of Veuve Clicquot Rosé, from £110 per person. The Chalk Freehouse: For a gourmet pub evening
Expect a warm welcome and a buzzy atmosphere at this pub just off the King’s Road. Run by Chef Tom De Keyser (formerly Head Chef at two Michelin-starred The Hand and Flowers in Marlow), it recently earned a place in the 2026 Michelin Guide. For Mother's Day, it is serving a sharing platter of rack of Launceston lamb with buttered heritage carrots, roast potatoes, and a Yorkshire pudding stuffed with braised lamb (£35 per person). It also has a traditional Sunday lunch menu, which includes a 30-day dry-aged ribeye of beef (£38.50); and half roasted Devonshire white chicken (£32.50), all served with roast potatoes, crushed swede and stuffed Yorkshire pudding. The restaurant serves hearty Italian fare, which is simply delicious, and hands-down the best tiramisu in the city. It has created a special seasonal “Il Pranzo” menu for festa della mamma (for an exceptional £58). Offerings include antipasti of Carciofi (artichoke with stracciatella, parmesan, orange and mint) and Grilled Asparagi (grilled asparagus with truffle honey and parmesan shavings), as well as the Spring special: a made-to-order, Primavera Risotto. Secondi (made for two to share) includes Carne (grilled beef rum with Romano pepper, broccoletti and a beef and red wine reduction).
