Skepta has released a seismic new single featuring Chase & Status and Suggs of Madness named “Innocent Smile”.
The new single comes from the Mercury-Prize winning rapper, songwriter and record producer’s forthcoming – and long anticipated – album The Fork and Knife, which is shaped by Skepta’s deep connection to British music culture, from grime and garage to house, jungle and rave.
The accompanying music video, directed and made in London by acclaimed filmmaker Aidan Zamiri, builds a visual world around the track, bringing together cinematic storytelling and British cultural references from the 2000’s.
“Innocent Smile” is out now via Epic Records.
