Fred again.. and Latin Mafia drop mixtape video

Fred again.. and Latin Mafia have been on a monumental collaborative journey over the last year, which has had fans hooked. Today, they got another fix as the British producer/DJ and the Mexican sibling trio released a summary video documenting the making of their "9 months & 50 hours" mixtape.

The video entitled Making a mixtape with Latin Mafia in Mexico City (summary!) brings to life the making of the livestream project titled “Making a mixtape with Latin Mafia and staying here until we finish it” which took place at Lago Algo in Bosque de Chapultepec, Mexico City in late July.

In the same month, the collaborators who have continued to surprise their followers with Impromptu drops, released Under the fabric (Mexico City, 11th December 2025) – a 35-minute film shot last December capturing the spontaneous live session that spawned the beginnings of this project. The film was shot beneath a fabric installation by Dutch visual artist Boris Acket prior to Fred and Latin Mafia’s show in Mexico City and was previewed for fans at Cine Tonala.

It’s been one hell of a roller-coaster ride: in August they also released a live recording of their Palacio de los Deportes performance named "9 months & 50 hours live playback (Palacio De Los Deportes, 30th July 2026)". You can listen to the recording exclusively via YouTube Music HERE.
